Every Monday, cashback is credited directly to your account with no manual claim required. The higher your jk8 VIP tier, the greater the cashback percentage you receive.
Jk8 Platinum and Diamond VIP members get direct access to a dedicated personal account manager — not just a general support agent. Your VIP manager understands your needs and is available to assist 24 hours a day.
Jk8 VIP members enjoy significantly higher withdrawal limits compared to regular members. Diamond members have the freedom of unlimited daily withdrawals — your big wins can be processed immediately.
Jk8 celebrates your special day with an exclusive birthday bonus based on your VIP level — from RM 20 for Silver all the way to RM 888 for Diamond members. Gifts are credited automatically on your birthday.
Jk8 VIP members' withdrawal requests are processed with the highest priority — shorter processing times mean you receive your wins faster than regular members.

The jk8 VIP Programme is our way of saying thank you to members who have chosen jk8 as their preferred online entertainment platform. Unlike regular promotions that are temporary, the VIP programme is jk8's long-term commitment to ensuring our loyal members always feel valued and get the best return from every ringgit they wager.
The jk8 VIP system is based on your total cumulative deposits since registering your account. This means every deposit you make — regardless of which games you play — counts towards your VIP tier progress. There are no specific requirements tied to game type or number of bets placed to advance a tier.
Once your cumulative deposit amount reaches the qualifying threshold for the next VIP level, the jk8 system will verify and upgrade your account automatically. You will receive a notification via email and an in-platform alert informing you of your VIP level upgrade, along with an upgrade bonus credited directly to your account balance.
At jk8, we practise a member-friendly VIP policy. Your VIP level will never drop even if you have not been actively playing for a period of time. Once you reach a VIP tier at jk8, that tier is yours for life. This is our guarantee to every member that the time and trust you have invested in jk8 will always be honored.
In addition to cashback on all game types, jk8 Gold VIP members and above are also entitled to a dedicated rebate on Sports Betting. The sports betting rebate is calculated based on your total sports wagering for the week — including both winning and losing bets. This means you get value back even when your predictions don't go your way, making Sports Betting at jk8 even more rewarding.
One of the most valued privileges among jk8 Platinum and Diamond VIP members is access to a personal account manager. Unlike general customer support that handles hundreds of enquiries simultaneously, your VIP manager is a dedicated individual who knows you, understands your needs and preferences, and can be reached directly through an agreed communication channel.
Your jk8 VIP Manager can assist you with a wide range of matters — from transaction enquiries and special requests related to betting limits, to feedback on your overall gaming experience. They operate 24 hours a day with one goal: ensuring you are always satisfied with jk8's service.
Once your cumulative deposit reaches the qualifying threshold, the jk8 system automatically upgrades your account — no application required.
Your jk8 VIP tier will never be downgraded. Once you reach a tier, it is maintained for the lifetime of your jk8 membership.
Contact the jk8 support team via Live Chat within the app or web platform for further enquiries about the VIP programme.
Jk8 VIP Diamond members are the most distinguished within our community. As a testament to our highest appreciation, jk8 organises exclusive events and invitations open only to Diamond members — experiences that go far beyond playing online.
These events take many forms — from periodic jk8 loyalty appreciation galas to invitations to exclusive sporting events and special VIP tournaments with substantial cash prizes. All of this reflects jk8's commitment to building meaningful relationships with our most loyal members, going far beyond a simple platform-and-user dynamic.
The jk8 VIP Programme also includes opportunities for Diamond members to join exclusive tournaments not open to the general membership, with premium prizes such as travel packages, the latest gadgets, and exclusive cash rewards. Details of these events and tournaments will be communicated directly to Diamond members through their personal VIP manager.
